Returns & Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt of item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the original packaging undisturbed with seal in tact for health reasons.
We offer an exchange if you are unsatisfied with your product. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval a credit note or new item will be sent within 5-7 days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returned to sender: When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee (10%) and full shipping charges. Orders that need to be sent out due to customer error will not be prioritized, therefore will be tended to in the order that it was received.
